Pricing
no author dislikes to be edited as much as he dislikes not to be published
Editing is an absolute must and is EXPENSIVE. Your book is your business card. It speaks for you when you are not present. It either conveys a message that validates your distinction or places into question your declaration. When authoring a book, you must be intentional about publishing one free of errors. The failure to do so will be more expensive. A book without appropriate editing is just like a car without properly working brakes. Both will experience an accident. Prayerfully it isn't fatal.
Check Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA) to get an idea of editing pricing. Callista Casey's rates are more competitive than the rates set forth by EFA.
